Nesia Sturdivant

I'm Nesia Sturdivant, a Central Arkansas REALTOR, who grew up right here in Conway. Arkansas has always been home, and that local connection is why I love serving the communities I know so well.  Before becoming an agent, I earned my Business degree from UCA and co-founded Legacy Property Media, a real estate media company that specializes in professional listing photos, videos, drone work, and digital marketing. That background gives me a strong advantage when it comes to helping sellers present their homes beautifully and helping buyers recognize a property's true potential. I've also managed and renovated investment properties, which taught me firsthand how design, updates, and strategy impact value.  I bring that same creativity and attention to detail into every client relationship.
